Rozlyn Khan, a stage 4 breast cancer survivor, made headlines after questioning television actress Hina Khan's breast cancer diagnosis. She claimed that Hina has stage 2 cancer, not stage 3. Earlier, Rozlyn had also challenged Hina to disclose her medical reports to the public if she was truly battling cancer. Yet again, she targeted Hina for working out during her Ramadan fast despite being a cancer patient, stating that it is 'humanly impossible' to fast for 13 to 14 hours without food or water.
Taking to her Instagram story, Rozlyn wrote, "It's the most difficult fasting..! It's not possible for a normal person to fast and gym during fasting, yes gyming is possible but after breaking fast in evening but if a cancer patient who is still taking chemotherapy or target therapy or immunotherapy claims to do it..!"
"It's humanly impossible.... with cancer medicine you need very good food and nutrition in every meal..! And you have to keep your body hydrated to avoid muscle cramps.. which is very common with medicine Allah maaf kare ga mujhe I can't fast this year also..," added Rozlyn.

While Rozlyn did not mention Hina's name, she expressed concerns after Hina shared photos of her Sehri to Iftaari, featuring dates, freshly sliced fruits, crispy pakoras, chia seed-infused rose falooda, and orange juice. Rozlyn criticised this, stating that Muslim cancer patients and survivors should avoid consuming sugar and should follow the diet prescribed by their cancer dietitian.
"Your journey is different & difficult.. maida, sugar, palm oil, fried items not for you, if you have already recovered you can fast or Allah se maali maang lo for not keeping fast..! Follow the diet prescribed by your cancer dietician..! Hydrated body is must if you are still on treatment.. Prayer be it ramadan or no ramadan..! Bhajiya & falooda sharbat not for you .. no sugar pls," she added.
