A man at Bihar's Anugraha Narayan Road Station was seen slapping a passenger on a moving train only to record a reel out of it. He stood at the railway station platform and charged his hand at a man seated inside a coach as the transport passed in front of him. A video of this incident widely circulated on the internet and sparked an outrage.
Police action
A man identified as Ritesh Kumar was held by the Railway police force after the video went viral. He was made to apologise for shooting such a reel. Both Kumar and his friend (who was seen slapping a passenger) faced police action with respect to their actions, according to a community Instagram page, BCN.

Apology
In the apology video, Kumar stated he filmed the reel for gaining more followers and winning attention on social media. Identifying himself as a resident and YouTuber from the Aurangabad district of Bihar, India, he said, "I am a YouTuber. I keep making and posting videos on Instagram to increase my followers (translated from Hindi)".
Incident surfaces from Bihar
He threw light on the recent reel and said, "I came to Anugraha Narayan Road railway station and to increase my follower count, I slapped one passenger on a running train. This was my mistake and I won't repeat it. Forgive me".
The reel, meanwhile, opened by showing Kumar's friend surnamed Rajput approaching the window of a moving passenger train and slapping a man for no clear reason. The video was posted online suggesting the two reel creators wanted to head to Maha Kumbh, but the passenger seated inside a train to Prayagraj didn't open the coach gate. This was the reason why the two friends hit the passenger and engaged in recording a reel, according the text on the now-viral video.
