Chhaava starring Vicky Kaushal and Rashmika Mandanna was expected to reach the Rs. 400 crore by the end of its second week. However, that has not happened, but it will happen today (Third Friday). According to sacnilk, Chhaava has collected approx. Rs. 13 crore at the box office on its day 14, taking the second week total to Rs. 180 crore which is excellent.

In 14 days, the film has minted Rs. 399.25 crore which is surely more than what everyone expected from Chhaava. It was expected that Chhaava will do a good business at the box office, but no trade expert would have thought that the film will become the sixth highest grossing Hindi film.

It was expected that Chhaava's lifetime collection could be around Rs. 200-250 crore, but clearly, it has surpassed the expectations. Reportedly, the movie is made on a budget of Rs. 130 crore, so with a collection Rs. 399.25 crore, it is a blockbuster at the box office.

In its third week, Chhaava is expected to continue its glorious run at the the ticket windows. On its day 15, the movie will collect a double digit number, so it will surpass the Rs. 400 crore mark. There are no major releases this week, so Chhaava is expected to rule during its third weekend as well. If it shows a good jump over the weekend, then we can expect it to collect around Rs. 440-450 crore by the end if its third weekend.

For now, it looks like Chhaava might enter the Rs. 500 crore club. But, let's wait and watch whether the film will be able to beat Gadar 2 at the box office.

Meanwhile, Chhaava is all set to release in Telugu on March 7, 2025. So, it will be interesting to see whether it will get any boost at the box office or not.
