"Initially, we faced several issues during system testing, such as incorrect decimal lengths for FX rate fields and missing key constraints on primary key columns," Santosh recalls. "However, the team quickly learned from these issues, and by the time we moved to later stages of the project, we had far fewer defects." As the migration unfolded, the team split the work into three parallel pods, gradually ironing out issues and learning from each phase. Santosh's coordination with developers for system and end-to-end testing, as well as his assistance during User Acceptance Testing (UAT), was critical in ensuring the project moved forward smoothly.
