Several Jio Fibre users faced significant inconvenience on Sunday afternoon (February 23) due to a reported service outage, which disrupted their access to the India vs Pakistan ICC Champion Trophy 2025 match. Many took to social media to express their frustration, with some even resorting to local networks to watch the highly anticipated match on Disney+ Hotstar.
One user wrote, "#INDvsPAK currently Jio Air Fibre down for 1 hour now. Thanks to my local fibre player i m able to watch the match. Its a shame that we support Ambanis. But fact is they are thugs. @JioCare is shameless."

@JioCare @reliancejio I had installed jio air fibre but few days before some technicians came and changed the device and therefore by changing no net speed is coming. And no response from Jio Service team.

The outage reportedly lasted for over an hour, leaving many users unable to enjoy the live streaming of the match between India and Pakistan. As complaints poured in, it became clear that the service disruption affected a large number of Jio Fibre customers.
The incident has sparked concerns about the reliability of Jio's service during peak hours, with users questioning the company's capacity to maintain consistent internet access. While the company has not yet responded to the complaints publicly, customers continue to express their displeasure online.
