Rozlyn Khan, a stage 4 cancer survivor, has been constantly criticising Hina Khan, who is currently battling stage 3 breast cancer, alleging that she is lying about her condition. She has also questioned how someone fighting a terminal illness can remain so active. Amid this, actor Rohit Roy recently penned an appreciation post for Hina on social media, calling her one of the 'strongest' girls.

Reacting to Rohit Roy's appreciation post for Hina Khan, Rozlyn Khan questioned both his praise and the photo he shared. She wrote on her Instagram story, "Appreciation post..? Aing. Bhai kya kar rahe ho?? Koi decent photo post karte, ladki ko cancer hua hai, miss India contest nahi jeeta hai."

Rohit shared a picture of him and Hina together from a past trip to the Maldives, writing, '"This is an appreciation post for one of the strongest girls I know… She’s fighting and I’m sure she will beat it in due course. But whilst she’s fighting, the smile never leaves her face. More power to you @realhinakhan."

Hina responded, saying, "So sweet Rohit. Thank you so very much. Life gave me lemons, I learnt to juggle plz keep me in your prayers."`

While Hina is yet to directly react to Rozlyn's claims, recently, the Naagin 5 actress shared a cryptic post on her Instagram handle. In this clip, Hina was seen sipping her drink peacefully as she is sitting in a bathrobe. She wrote, "Meanwhile me in my room, Enjoying the 'Stage' of giving Zero f*cks."

Hina captioned the reel, “Cleaning my Aura, one sip at a time..Oops."
