The IES Girls Cricket Tournament, held on 20th February 2025 at IES Raja Shivaji Vidyasankul, Dadar (E), Mumbai-14, concluded with an exciting finale that saw Navi Mumbai High School emerge as champions. The tournament, featuring nine teams from various IES schools, was a grand success, with participants showcasing their skills and passion for the sport.

Organized by the IES Sports Centre, the tournament aimed to promote girls' cricket and provide a platform for young players to display their talent.

The final match, played between Navi Mumbai High School and Chandrakant Patkar Vidyalaya (English Medium), was a nail-biting encounter, with both teams demonstrating exceptional skill and determination. Navi Mumbai High School secured victory by a narrow margin of four runs.

The tournament also witnessed some outstanding individual performances. Anushka Varande from Navi Mumbai High School was named the Best Player of the Match and the Best Player of the Series. Sagun Shumbe from Chandrakant Patkar Vidyalaya was awarded Best Batter, while Advika Wani, also from Chandrakant Patkar Vidyalaya, was named Best Bowler. Marufa Ansari from Navi Mumbai High School received the Best Fielder award.

The chief guest, Smt. Suchitra Patki, Chairman of IES Charkop School, presented the awards to the winning team and individual prize winners. In her address, she congratulated the participants on their commendable performances and encouraged them to continue pursuing their passion for cricket. Shri Satish R. Nayak (IES Trustee) and Shri Satish M. Lotlikar (IES Trustee and Chairman of IES Sports Centre) also extended their congratulations to the teams.
