Bhopal/Ujjain (Madhya Pradesh): Ujjain’s Mahakal Lok is set to introduce a mesmerizing light and sound show along with a musical fountain, narrating the divine tales of Lord Mahakal and the ancient history of Ujjain. The installation of advanced equipment for the show has already begun at Kamal Sarovar and Rudra Sagar, promising an enchanting experience for devotees.

The Madhya Pradesh Tourism Department has allocated ₹23.5 crore for the project, incorporating 4K technology, high-quality laser projectors, and Pixie lighting. The contract for the installation has been awarded to CS Direct Company, and testing has commenced at Kamal Sarovar.

Grand Visuals on Mega Screen

A 30 x 7.5-meter screen will display the legends of Lord Shiva in a 24-minute-long show. The setup includes eight moving heads, 30 Pixie lights, and 20 pattern lights, ensuring a spectacular visual experience. The sound system has been designed for clarity even at high volumes.

Musical Fountain at Rudra Sagar

A musical fountain with a water screen is being installed at Rudra Sagar, where images of Lord Shiva will be projected onto the cascading water. Accompanied by Shiv Tandav, Shiv Stuti, and Mahakal’s divine stories, the show will immerse visitors in a spiritual atmosphere. With a team of 40 experts and five vendors working on the project, the Mahakal Lok light and sound show is expected to offer devotees a captivating and divine experience once completed.
