The 10th class board exams commenced today with great enthusiasm across Nashik. Students arrived in large numbers at various examination centers in the Nashik division for their first paper. The Marathi subject exam was conducted in the morning, and students, along with their parents, rushed to reach their respective centres on time.

Upon arrival, students located their seating arrangements and entered the examination hall. Strict security measures were implemented at the exam centres to prevent any malpractice. CCTV cameras were installed for surveillance, and a large police force was deployed to ensure smooth proceedings.

There was an atmosphere of both excitement and nervousness among students, while parents anxiously waited outside. The exam was conducted peacefully and smoothly, with students expressing mixed reactions—many found the paper easy, while some faced challenges with certain questions.

To ensure fair examinations, officials will monitor the journey of question paper transportation staff using GPS trackers. Additionally, it has been made mandatory to capture photos of the question papers being received and stored in designated cupboards at exam centres.

A total of 271 flying squads and sitting teams have been appointed to prevent malpractices. Drone cameras and video recording will be used at sensitive centres if required.

Students are advised to arrive at least 30 minutes before the exam starts. For the morning session, the first alarm will ring at 10:30 AM, signaling students to enter the examination centre. Answer sheets will be distributed promptly at 10:50 AM, and the question papers will be handed out at 11:00 AM. Students will have an additional 10 minutes after receiving the question papers to review them before beginning the exam.
