On Sunday, Abhishek Bachchan and Amitabh Bachchan attended the final T20I match between India and England at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai. Cricketer Abhishek Sharma electrified the stadium with his smashing performance, an impressive 135 runs from just 54 balls,

Soon after Sharma's innings, netizens humorously compared the actor to the cricketer, with one user writing, "Amitabh Bachchan watching Abhishek Sharma's batting." However, a user came out in Abhishek Bachchan's support and slammed the troll for his 'disrespectful' comment.

"The disrespect Abhishek Bachchan gets here is appalling. Good actor, promoted games other than cricket and is doing good, never ran a car over pedestrian, doesn't indulge in fights with other actors, never utters any unnecessary statement. He's as good a celebrity son can be!," wrote the user on X.

Several netizens defended Abhishek Bachchan amid trolling and called him an 'underrated' actor. A user wrote, "True, I feel bad for Abhishek he did so many good things but people always look down upon him."

"Agree with every point made about @juniorbachchan. None of us know how we would have handled being the son of India’s biggest super star. Also he seems to be genuinely liked by his peers and almost no one has any bad stories about his behaviour. The hate he gets is I believe just troll jealousy," said another.

Another user said, "He is definitely good actor & well behaved person. And it is not easy to be a son of the great amitabh bacchan." "He acted brilliantly in Guru, Sarkar, Yuva and Breathe. An actor is only as good as the director. When in good hands he has performed as well as any other best performer could have done," read another comment.
