The annual 'Ganesh Janma Sohala' was celebrated with the usual enthusiasm as per the traditional calendar on Magh Shuddha Chaturthi at the Shrimant Bhausaheb Rangari Ganpati Trust's Mandir. Various religious programmes, such as the Ganesh Yaag, recitation of Atharvashirsh, and singing of bhajans, were held on this auspicious occasion.

The temple was attractively decorated with flowers for Ganesh Chaturthi. The Yaag was conducted at 7am, and the Saraswati Bhajani Mandal set the tone with devotional bhajans, immersing everyone present in 'bhaktiras' (devotional spirit).

The Atharvashirsh recitation took place between noon and 1pm. Later in the evening, a Nagar Pradakshina (palanquin procession) was staged amidst chants of 'Ganpati Bappa Morya' and a showering of flowers.

Pune Mahanagar Sanghchalak Ravindra Wanjarwadkar performed a Maha Aarti of the deity. Trust President Sanjeev Javale, trustees, workers, and a large number of devotees were present.

Mushak, the carrier of Ganpati, was attractively decorated at the Shrimant Bhausaheb Rangari Ganpati Trust's Mandir. Two Mushak idols, positioned on both sides of the deity, were beautifully adorned with white hibiscus flowers and rose petals. The sunflower decoration next to them also drew the attention of devotees.
