Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): Chief Minister Mohan Yadav said that many big companies of Japan are interested to do investment in Madhya Pradesh. The response of his Japan tour was overwhelming and the state is going to get benefitted from it. He was interacting with media persons in Delhi after returning from his Japan tour on Saturday evening.

He said that Japanese companies such as Panasonic, Toyota Motors, Bridgestone etc have assured to do investment. The officers of Panasonic said that Madhya Pradesh is on priority in terms of investment as it has adequate land availability along with work force.

Giving details of his meeting with industrialists and investors in Japan, he said that Sysmex Company, which is having a major role in conducting various kinds of tests in all government hospitals of the state, has assured to set up a unit in Medical Device Park of the state.

After setting the unit, the company targets to extend supply of its medical devices to South Asia. He had invited Japanese companies to attend the Global Investors Summit (GIS) to be held at the end of the current month in Bhopal. He added that he also met Non Resident Indians (NRIs) living in Japan and they too have assured to do investment in the state.
