The fun times just roll when you step into this huge warehouse looking bar/pub/hangout place. Graffiti on walls, gaming corner, DJ, and the overall vibes scream to you that please leave your troubles out and just chill.

Double Down Pizza & Pesto Zesto Pizza

They have more than a dozen varieties of beer on tap to begin with. Two of them are specially brewed for Lil Gamby — Lil Gamby Stout and Lil Gamby Hefeweizen. Lil Gamby Stout is brewed with some dark caramel specialty malts. Tastes of coffee and buttery dark chocolate and pairs well with their Carnitas pizza — sourdough base pizza with San Marzano tomato sauce, pulled pork, Belgian ham, pepperoni, mozzarella and scamorza cheese. All pizzas have these two cheeses and a sourdough base, and the sauce is made from imported San Marzano tomatoes which ensures a distinctive taste. Have the Lil Gamby Hefeweizen with Dhamaka (chicken) or Pesto Zesto Pizza (basil pesto base, roasted garlic, black olives and the two cheeses).

While you wait for the next beer and next bounty, The One Tonne Nacho Experience is enough to keep you occupied. Have the Mexican Lager with this extra-large portion of nachos with loads of guacamole, beans, sour cream and more. The lager is tastefully brewed with flint corn and American hops and leave you with tortilla taste that goes well with nachos.

Hopstop is the right company for the Mushroom Shammi Kebab sliders. The mushroom galouti in the sliders almost melts in the mouth. The smoothness of Hopstop helps. The vegetarians should also try the Ghas Phus pizza. Topped generously with mushrooms, zucchini, bell peppers, sundried tomatoes and broccoli it is a vegetarian’s delight. Helles or Belgian Wit will be the right beer to go with it.

Lactose-infused toffee-flavoured Milky Way is another stout that is a blend of roasted malts and subtle notes of coffee. Have it with the Double Down pizza or Shut The Cluck Up burger. That’s one juicy chicken burger with fried chicken served on sourdough buns. Take Shubham’s suggestion and spread, mayo, coleslaw and chilli oil on the chicken, inside the burger. The flavour burst in your mouth is near orgasmic.

Plata Verde

The Prawns Ghee Roast Taco is an ensemble of spicy prawns on flaky Malbari paratha. Don Pablo, the tequila-based cocktail is a great partner in crime for this. Rosemary-infused tequila mixed with chamomile tea, demerara sugar and finished with spritz of bitters adds to the flavours.

Mamma Rosa

Chef’s Hangover Cure in the mains is a sure recommendation. Handmade pappardelle skilfully rolled and served with pulled lamb ragu, parsley and parmesan cheese. The presentation itself is sure to lure you. The homemade pasta is delectable. Vegetarians should have Mamarosa — fusilli with creamy sauce is served in a sourdough bowl. Bite the bowl and pasta together for the kick.

Apart from the tap beers and exhaustive alcohol list they also have a good cocktail list. Have the Caramelo with your dessert. And definitely do not miss the Pizookie Bazookie – Big sized, freshly baked cookie that oozes dark chocolate is served with caramalised popcorn and vanilla ice cream. The cookie is a delight. Caramelo — Old Monk rum, house-made dark chocolate sauce, banana caramel blended well. This is one of best dessert cocktails I have tasted in a long time.
