India’s star all-rounder Hardik Pandya expressed his gratitude towards his fans for their constant love and support over the years. He played a crucial role with the bat in India's victory during the 4th T20I against England in Pune, helping the team to secure the series with a 3-1 lead.

BCCI shared a video on social media where Hardik talked about his deep connection with his fans and how the sport has shaped him as a person. In the video, he said:

"I have always been someone who has played for fans, when fans are there it gives me added motivation and at the same point of time I really want to do well for them."

The video also showed glimpses of Hardik clicking pictures with the ground staff after the match, showcasing his humble nature.

Further in the video, Hardik shared his passion for cricket:
"For me, I love this sport way too much, it’s been my life & it’s been my priority, it’s been my first love. Sport does not wait much, your first love always gives you a kiss back. I think this sport has given me so much love & so many things back that I always want to turn up very honest and very loyal to the sport."

He then spoke about his love for batting and how it brings him satisfaction:
"Batting is always my No.1 or close to my heart, whenever I have a wonderful day I get a good sleep after a fine batting and it gives me satisfaction. Today sports said you deserve that."

Reflecting on how things have changed for him after winning T20 World Cup for India, he added:
"A lot of things have changed post World Cup, I really love to entertain the crowd and you know, make sure every penny is worth it."

In the 4th T20I, Hardik played a crucial knock of 53 runs, forming an important partnership with Shivam Dube after India’s shaky start. Their efforts helped India post a total of 181 runs, with Hardik’s innings being one of the match’s key highlights.
