Adani Enterprises announced on Thursday that its consolidated net profit for the October-December quarter of the current fiscal year (Q3 FY25) had decreased by 88 per cent year-on-year (YoY) to Rs 228.64 crore. In the previous year, its net profit was Rs 1,972.75 crore. The profit decreased sequentially from Rs 1,989 crore by 88.5 per cent.
Operating revenue Q3 FY25
The Adani Group-owned company's operating revenue dropped 9.7 per cent to Rs 22,848.42 crore from Rs 25,050.23 in the third quarter of FY24.
For the reporting quarter, the company's total revenue dropped to Rs 23,500 crore, an 8 per cent decrease from the Rs 25,540 crore reported during the same period last year.
Q3 FY25 EBITDA
For the third quarter of FY25, its earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) were Rs 3,071 crore, a 5 per cent decrease from the Rs 3,227 crore recorded the previous year. In Q3 FY25, the company's total expenses were Rs 22,924.98, down from Rs 23,180.79 in Q3 FY24.
Separately, Adani Enterprises' net profit for the reporting quarter was Rs 534.59 crore, a 25 per cent decrease from the Rs 718.46 recorded in the previous fiscal year. Its operating revenue was Rs 6,156.76 crore, a 22.6 per cent drop from Rs 7,960.79 crore in the third quarter of FY24.

On the NSE, shares of Adani Enterprises are down 2.5 per cent at Rs 2,260.60 each. The market value of the company is Rs 2,58,859.65 crore.
In June 2024, the company's stock reached a 52-week high of Rs 3,743, which is now more than 41 per cent below that level. However, since its 52-week low of Rs 2,030 in November of last year, it has increased by more than 8.5 per cent.
