It's a feeling of pride when a grown up son or daughter offers a treat to their parents with their salary. Parents are touched when their children show small yet precious gestures towards them, like gifting them something purchased from first salary or taking them on a vacation with that money. It fills them with joy. Something similar was done by an Indian entrepreneur Aryan Mishra recently.
Mishra, who made headlines for his statement "Poverty made me an entrepreneur", posted on X about taking his parents to a luxury hotel. He revealed that his father worked as a watchman, and today the man dined at ITC Delhi after professionally servicing there for five years.
The startup man wrote that his father served as the watchman of the luxury hotel till 2000. And, 25 years later, his son took him for a family dinner there. The photo from the dinner at ITC Delhi has gone viral.
