Antara Mitra, who is known for crooning some of the most popular Hindi and Bengali songs, is the latest one to criticise Jasleen Royal's opening performance at Coldplay's Mumbai concert. While Jasleen made history as the first Indian artist to open for the band, several concert-goers stated that she was a 'mismatch' for the vibe. Some went to the extent of calling her act 'unbearable' and 'out of tune'.

Taking to her official Instagram story, Antara re-posted a video of Jasleen's performance and wrote, "I am shamelessly calling this out! Because someone from the same field should! I have an iron gut so I am doing it! Please all you biggies out there taking decisions of this level! My only request is please put music on top and then your number game."

A screenshot of her story was shared on Reddit and it went viral within no time. Take a look:

Soon after Antara's post surfaced, netizens agreed to her comment. One of the Reddit users wrote, "I saw some clips and she really can't sing. The audience deserves better."

Another comment read, "Just watching short clips of her part gave me second hand embarrassment."

"I thought everyone was exaggerating until I saw those clips and she sang so terribly. Even the audience’s pitch was better than hers. It was truly embarrassing to watch her perform," wrote another user.

"Even Dhvani Bhanushali could have done better bro," a user commented.
