Maha Kumbh Mela 2025 is being attended by crores of people from not only India but across the world. These people are documenting their visit to the auspicious event on cameras and sharing it online, giving netizens a glimpse of the festive.
Days after a man took the holy dip with a photo of his deceased mother and a cricket fan dipped an RCB jersey at Triveni Sangam, a video of a pet dog taking 'snan' in the blessed waters of Prayagraj has surfaced online.
Viral video of dog taking Kumbh snan
The footage showed the pet parent named Sufi Arora holding the doggo (Cammy) in his hand and giving it a holy dip at the confluence of three holy rivers - Ganga, Yamuna and Saraswati.
He was seen bathing along with his pet dog.
Arora drew the attention of other devotees who were performing 'snan' there. They smiled looking at the heartfelt gesture of the pet parent towards his animal.

The video opened by showing Arora holding his pet in one hand and raising the other hand above in the air. Offering prayers and expressing his devotion, he took the holy dip at the religious gathering. Instead of bathing at Triveni Sangam alone, he showed his affection towards his pet by bathing together.
Arora attended the celebration with his pet dog and both dipped themselves in the holy water at the same time.
This video is now going viral on social media. Arora stated the viral video was reposted from the doggy's visit to Kumbh in 2023. However, another video also captured the recent visit of Arora and his pet to the grand event at Prayagraj. In a reel posted by the pet parent on January 18, he stated that Cammy took the holy dip this year too despite a huge rush.
Sufi Arora's videos showing his dog Cammy attending Kumbh festivities have won the hearts of netizens. Dog lovers flooded the comments section with heart emojis and praised the man for taking his pet to Maha Kumbh.
