The presidential inauguration is a prestigious political event in the US. The key difference about the ceremony this time is that it is going to be held indoors.

Usually, the ceremony is held outdoors near US Capitol but Trump has decided to hold it inside the building. Just a few days ago he made the decision public through a post on Truth Social, the social media platform he himself owns. He said that he took this step to ensure that attendees as well as security personnel for the inauguration ceremony don't have to battle bitter cold. The US is in grips of a cold wave right now. Another difference in this time's inaugural ceremony is that Trump is going to use two Bibles to take oath. The oath of office will be administered by US Chief Justice John Roberts.
