BMW has introduced the BMW R 1300 GS Adventure and the BMW S 1000 RR, two of their high capacity motorcycles were unveiled today in Bharat Mobility Expo 2025.
The BMW S 1000 RR is track ready motorcycle with powered by a 999 cc inline 4 engine putting out over 206.51 bhp and 113 Nm. On the other hand the BMW R 1300 GS is a more of adventure and all terrain motorcycle fueled by a 1300 cc boxer twins generating 145 bhp at 7,750 rpm and 149 Nm at 6,500 rpm.
BMW S 1000 RR
At the 2025 Bharat Mobility Expo, the new BMW S 1000 RR was introduced. The superbike costs Rs 21.10 lakh, ex-showroom. Among other changes, BMW recently updated the S 1000 RR with a revised bodywork.
The S 1000 RR is propelled by a 999cc inline-four engine that generates 206.51 horsepower and 113 Nm. A bi-directional quickshifter and a 6-speed gearbox are paired with it.
As is typical of modern superbikes, the S 1000 RR has a ton of features, including pit lane limiter, traction control, hill start control, launch control, and four ride modes: rain, road, dynamic, and race.
BMW R 1300 GS
BMW's R 1300 GS Adventure was introduced at the 2025 Bharat Mobility Expo. Ex-showroom, the bike costs Rs 22.95 lakh in India.
A 1,300cc boxer twin engine that produces 145 horsepower at 7,750 rpm and 149 Nm at 6,500 rpm powers the R 1300 GS Adventure. A six-speed gearbox is mated to it. To modify the traction control intervention levels and temper the power delivery, there are four ride modes: Eco, Rain, Road, and Enduro.
BMW has equipped the R 1300 GS with a long list of new features as standard. Therefore, you get dynamic traction control, radar-based adaptive cruise control, front and rear collision warning, and all-LED with AUX lights.
