The 32nd edition of India’s largest property and home finance expo, 'Mall of Homes', organized by CREDAI-MCHI, opened to a resounding success on Friday witnessing an impressive footfall of over 14,000 visitors on its first day. The grand inauguration was held at the hands of Municipal Commissioner Bhushan Gagrani and Police Commissioner Vivek Phansalkar. The event, running for three days, aims to transform the real estate buying experience with innovative schemes and technology-driven solutions.

In his speech, Gagrani said, “Housing dreams become reality when industries innovate responsibly and collaborate with the public sector.” He highlighted the expo’s theme of enabling home purchases in just 10 minutes.

Phansalkar emphasized the significance of homeownership as a lifelong aspiration, stating, “Such expos are pivotal in turning dreams into reality by offering competitive products and reliable services.” His words resonated with the expo’s goal of empowering potential homeowners.

Among the major attractions is the Stree Awas Yojna, which offers first-time women homebuyers discounts of up to Rs 2 lakh, zero stamp duty, and no registration fees, aligning with CREDAI-MCHI’s vision of inclusivity. Domnic Romell, President of CREDAI-MCHI, highlighted the initiative’s impact, stating, “We are committed to creating equal opportunities in housing, making homeownership accessible and inclusive.”

Dhaval Ajmera, Secretary of CREDAI-MCHI, elaborated on the expo’s unique approach: “Technology, transparency, and trust are redefining the real estate sector. The Mall of Homes bridges the gap between developers and aspiring buyers.”

The event also celebrated industry stakeholders with AMBASSADOR DAY, honoring the contributions of over 1,000 channel partners from the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. Key presentations, including the MMR Broking Market CY’24 Analysis Report by CRE Matrix, and a panel discussion on real estate transformations in 2025, brought together experts to share insights on industry advancements.

The Mall of Homes will continue with a series of curated events, including Pink Sunday, a day dedicated to women homebuyers. With a focus on groundbreaking deals, seamless transactions, and customer-centric initiatives, the expo is poised to reshape the future of homebuying in India.
