In the video, the lady revealed that she had only interacted with her grandma over a video call last year. However, she made it to visit her personally this year and surprise her. "Last year, on my Ummumma's birthday I wore my (Emirates) uniform and did a video call. I surprised her with that. But this year, same time, I am in front of my house", she said in the now-viral video.
