The Bench of Chief Justice of India Sanjiv Khanna, Justice PV Sanjay Kumar issues a notice for transfer petitions of the Consortium of National Law Universities, seeking all its petitions consolidated under one roof; either at Supreme Court or to one single High Court.
The consortium had sought consolidating all their petitions into either the Supreme Court or a single high court.

Some of the student side counsel moved the transfer to Delhi High Court with a reference to an order from Delhi High Court regarding two wrong answers in the CLAT-UG 2025.
