Indore (Madhya Pradesh): Indore Mayor Pushyamitra Bhargav's father Dr. Rajendra Bhargav was hit by a speeding car on Wednesday Morning.

It is said he was out for a morning walk on January 15 near Indore's Gopur Square, when a speeding car hit him suddenly. He was then rushed to hospital immediately.

As per doctors, Dr. Bhargav has sustained fractures in both the knees, and he is currently receiving treatment at Unique Hospital.

According to police, one of the car passengers have been caught till now/ However, the driver managed to flee.
