Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Hotel & Tourism Management Studies (BVCHTMS), Navi Mumbai, is hosting a two-day event celebrating India’s rich culinary and cultural heritage.

The event titled as Food fiesta 2025 is a flagship event held in collaboration with Ek bharat Shreshta Bharat- Initiative by India tourism. The event held on January 10 and 11 at the CBD college ground from 11 am to 5 pm is an attempt to bring together flavours, traditions and artistry of six Indian states namely Chhattisgarh, Goa, Jammu and Kashmir, Tamil Nadu, Assam and Rajasthan.

This event not only provides our students with valuable hands-on experience but also serves as a platform for bringing communities together through the shared love of food and culture. The event is organized by the third-year hotel management students of BVCHTMS as part of their academic curriculum. The event offers students a platform to showcase their talent and creativity and is expected to draw a footfall of over 4,000 attendees across two days. 

Dedicated pavilions set up displaying state wise food items, traditional dance, music, and folk art performances, live cooking demonstrations and workshops led by culinary experts and local artisans, exhibits of traditional handicrafts, textiles, and art forms that reflect the cultural heritage of the six states are the highlights of the event.
