The Mumbai local trains see thousands of commuters every day and on Christmas, the public transport had a special passenger onboard. It was none other than Santa Claus riding on the train. A viral video recorded a man dressed up as Santa Claus travelling on a crowded Mumbai local train, capturing the festive.

Dressed in red and white clothes, Santa was seen standing at the door of the train along with fellow commuters. The video showed him waving hands at people while riskily travelling on the footboard of the train.

Santa travels on handicapped coach

While the video caught the attention of passersby and internet users, it showed that the man travelling on the coach reserved for handicapped persons.

The video showed a Western Railway train having a man dressed as Santa Claus onboard. The train was filled with passengers even in the handicapped coach, which was rather boarded by several healthy men.

One of the Instagram users identified the Santa as a man named Ravi. "His name Ravi, we call him Ravi uncle. He is one of the best Man when it's come to make someone laugh", read a comment.
