A legal battle has emerged as Advocate Pankaj Arya, representing 10-year-old spiritual orator Abhinav Arora, filed a complaint against YouTubers for allegedly trolling his client on social media. The case, which has gained significant attention, is currently being heard in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh.
Advocate Pankaj Arya, speaking to ANI on Saturday, announced the next hearing date. “We had a hearing in the Court today. The legal proceeding is underway. The next date of hearing has been scheduled for 3rd January,” Arya stated. He emphasised the seriousness of the case and vowed to pursue it to the highest courts if necessary.
Allegations against YouTubers
According to Arya, the trolling campaign is not just an attack on Abhinav Arora but also on Sanatana Dharma. He shared his determination to seek justice. “A bunch of people have started a campaign against Abhinav Arora and Sanatana Dharma. We have come to the court against this. We will not spare them, even if we have to go to the Supreme Court or the High Court. We have demanded an FIR against these YouTubers,” he added.
Death threats add to the ordeal
Abhinav’s family had previously revealed that they had received death threats allegedly from Lawrence Bishnoi’s gang. His mother, Jyoti Arora, expressed her anguish over the harassment her son has endured. “Efforts are being made to do our social escalation through social media. Abhinav has not done anything, which is why we are getting threats,” she said.
She further elaborated on the threats, sharing, “We received a call message from Lawrence Bishnoi group today where we were being threatened that Abhinav would be killed. Last night, we got a call that I missed. We received a message from the same number today that they would kill Abhinav.”
Who is Abhinav Arora?
Abhinav Arora, a 10-year-old spiritual content creator from Delhi, claims to have started his spiritual journey at the tender age of three. He has since garnered a significant following for his devotional speeches and spiritual content online. Despite his young age, Abhinav has been a prominent figure in promoting Sanatana Dharma through his oratory skills.
This case highlights the growing concern over cyber harassment faced by young influencers and public figures. Online trolling can have significant emotional and psychological impacts, particularly on minors. The allegations and threats against Abhinav have raised questions about the responsibility of social media platforms in addressing such issues.
Public Support
While the legal battle continues, Abhinav’s supporters and well-wishers have rallied behind him, condemning the harassment and threats. Many have called for stricter laws to protect young influencers from online abuse and ensure their safety.
The outcome of the January 3 hearing is eagerly awaited as Abhinav’s family and legal team remain steadfast in their pursuit of justice.
