January 14, 2025: Makar Sankranti - The inaugural Shahi Snaan, or royal bath, of the Kumbh Mela occurs on the sacred festival of Makar Sankranti. Devotees and visitors immerse themselves in the sacred waters of the Ganga, Yamuna, and Saraswati at the Sangam junction.

February 12, 2025: Maghi Purnima - Maghi Purnima signifies a full moon day in the Magh month. Taking a sacred bath in the Ganges is considered very fortunate, as it signifies the end of the month-long Kalpavas. It is believed that bathing on this day provides spiritual gifts and redemption.
