Piplia Mandi (Madhya Pradesh): A man was killed under suspicious circumstances in Kishangarh village, leading his family to allege murder on Friday following the discovery of his body on December 14. Ishwarlal Bawari (32), was found in his home around 10 pm, prompting immediate concerns from his relatives.
His mother, Rukmanbai claims that after a dispute with his wife, Ishwarlal was brutally beaten, with chilli powder allegedly thrown in his eyes, which she believes led to his death. Witnesses, including Ishwarlal's uncle Jagdish Bawari, asserted that the victim was assaulted by his wife, mother-in-law, father-in-law and brother-in-law.
Jagdish reported finding Ishwarlal on the ground with chilli in his eyes, contradicting claims from Ishwarlal's wife and mother-in-law that he had hanged himself. They stated that they had removed him from the noose, a claim that the family disputes.
Narayangarh TI Anil Raghuvanshi confirmed that a post-mortem was conducted, revealing no visible injury marks on Ishwarlal's body. The police have registered a case and are awaiting further details from the post-mortem report to determine next steps.
The family continued to demand justice, insisting that Ishwarlal was murdered and called for action against those responsible.
