Virat Kohli's childhood coach Rajkumar Sharma has confirmed that the former India skipper will no longer remain in India and shift to London once he retires from cricket. Speaking to Dainik Jagran, Sharma said, "Yes, Virat is planning to shift to London with his children and wife Anushka Sharma. He is going to leave India and shift there very soon. However, right now Kohli is spending most of his time with his family apart from cricket.
Over the last few months, Virat Kohli and his wife, Anushka Sharma, have been photographed several times in and around London.Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma welcomed their second baby son, Akaay, in February in London. The couple moved to the UK to keep the pregnancy private. The power couple then announced the birth of their second child, Akaay, via Instagram on February 20.
Will Kohli retire from cricket?
Durign the interview Rajkumar Sharma also shed some light on Virat Kohli's retirement. Kohli is currently experiencing rough patch having unable to make some big scores. However, Sharma is confident of his pupil having couple of more years of cricket left in him.
He said,"Virat is still very fit and he is not too old to retire. I believe that Virat will play cricket for 5 more years. Virat will also be seen playing in the 2027 World Cup. The rapport between Virat and me is very good. I have known him well since Virat was not even 10 years old. I have been with him for more than 26 years. That is why I can say that Virat still has a lot of cricket left in him."
