Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant definitely had the wedding of the year. The couple not only made headlines with their lavish wedding festivities but also with custom-made exquisite ensembles. And, our pick for the best bridal moment this year has to be Radhika Merchant!

The choti Ambani bahu donned a bejewelled lehenga from the shelves of ace Indian designer Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla. The ensemble was the interpretation of 'Pantear,' a Gujarati tradition of brides wearing red and white.

Radhika's ivory zardosi cut-work attire featured a mesmerising ghagra, a 5-meter head veil, and a tissue shoulder dupatta. The ghagra boasted of three red borders adorned with intricate hand-embroidered floral booties with stones, sequins, and red resham. Radhika completed her bridal look with her family's stunning jewels that her nani, mom, and sister wore for their respective weddings.

Actors Sobhita Dhulipala and Naga Chaitanya officially married in a traditional Telugu ceremony on December 4. For her bridal look, the actress opted for two culturally significant sarees: the gold pattu saree and the madhuparkam saree. And, we all can agree that Sobhita looked like every Tamil bride's dreams in this timeless nine-yard.

Sobhita first wore a gold pattu saree for the Gowri Puja ceremony, a ritual that occurs before the wedding at the bride's home. For those unfamiliar, "pattu" is the Tamil term for silk. She later changed into madhuparkam, a white and red saree, for the mangalsutra ceremony.

The Made in Heaven fame styled her bridal looks with exquisite gold accessories, including traditional temple-inspired pieces like layered necklaces, intricate jhumkas, and a bold maang tikka.
