A stump mic moment was caught on day four of the third Test between India and Australia at the Gabba as Nathan Lyon hilariously asked Jasprit Bumrah why he came to bat behind Mohammed Siraj. In response, the right-arm speedster told Lyon that it's a mystery as Harbhajan Singh claimed that it's a completely valid question.

Siraj, who came in at No.8 on day four, could barely survive as Mitchell Starc had him nicking behind the keeper. However, Bumrah and Akash Deep showed resilience, notably taking India past the follow-on score. Bumrah also stayed unbeaten 10 as he hit a maximum off Pat Cummins' bowling.

After Bumrah revealed to Lyon that it's a mystery here's what Harbhajan claimed:

"Wajib sawaal pucha hai, bilkul wajib sawaal pucha hai. Siraj DSP sahab ke kaunse run banaaye hain jinke kaaran unko promotion mili. Thik hai police mein promotion mili hai par yahan bhi promotion mili. Isliye mili kyunki woh police mein hain?"

(He asked the right question. Don't know what DSP Siraj did with the bat that he got promoted in the batting order. He got the promotion in police but even over here. Did he get the promotion because he is in the police?")
