Morena (Madhya Pradesh): A 12-year-old boy sustained severe injuries on Thursday when an incident of shooting over returning a tractor-trolley took place in Sadpura village under Mahua police station on Thursday, the police said. The man who took the tractor-trolley on rent came with his accomplices and shot at the family members of another person who gave the vehicle on rent.

When the incident took place, the boy was playing outside his home. The injured was referred to a hospital in Gwalior where is condition was stated to be serious. After the incident, the attackers escaped. According to reports, a resident of Atal Nai took the tractor of Abhishek Tomar, a resident of Sadupura, on rent.  

Apart from using the tractor-trolley for farming, he used it for carrying illegally mined sand from the Chambal river. When Tomar wanted his tractor-trolley back, Nai got angry, and there was an altercation between them. When Tomar was going to lodge a complaint at the police station about the incident, Nai along with his accomplices shot at Tomar. When the bullets were fired the boy Aman Sakhwar was paddling a bicycle. He was injured.

The boy was sent to Porsa hospital from where he was referred to Gwalior. Immediately after the incident, the angry villagers pout up road blockade. On getting information, the police rushed to the spot and pacified the angry villagers to lift the blockade.
