Indore (Madhya Pradesh): A man from Maharashtra was killed after he was hit by a car in the Palasia area late on Tuesday. It is said that earlier too he had tried to come before the moving vehicles but a security guard saved him twice but the thrid time the guard was not there as he had gone inside the building. The police are examining the CCTVs to identify the vehicle which hit him.
According to the police, the deceased has been identified as Rajesh Dadu (47), a resident of a village in Amravati district. He had come to the city a few days ago. He was near Nanaksar restaurant between Palasia and Geeta Bhawan Square and was trying to come before the moving vehicle and was hit by an unidentified vehicle. After finding him injured on the road, some people informed the police and took him to the hospital but he couldn’t be saved. The police have sent the body for the autopsy and informed his parents.
Property dealer hit by mini truck, dies
Another road accident happened in the Lasudia area late on Tuesday. A property dealer, who was on a two-wheeler, was hit by a mini truck near Dewas Naka and died on the spot. According to the police, Shailesh Kumar Jain, a resident of Shikharji Dreams, was a property dealer and was returning home when a mini truck which was being driven recklessly, hit him from behind.
The police have registered a case against the truck driver and started an investigation into the case. A man named Bhim also died after he was hit by a vehicle near Teen Imli Square late on Tuesday.
