Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala are just a few days away from tying the knot. The couple, who got engaged in August, are all set to get married on December 4, 2024 at his family-owned Annapurna Studios in Hyderabad in a traditional Telugu ceremony. Days ahead of their wedding, it was rumoured the Chaitanya and Sobhita have sold the rights to stream their wedding video to Netflix for Rs 50 crore.

Now, a source close to Chaitanya and Sobhita have denied the rumours, stating there is no truth to them. "The rumours around selling their wedding film is purely speculative and far from any truth," the source told Hindustan Times.

"Naga and Sobhita envision their wedding as a very intimate affair, focusing on family and close friends. They are committed to upholding the legacy of the Akkineni family by keeping this joyous occasion personal and sacred," added the source.

Further, the source also urged the media to respect the couple. "We request everyone to honor their choice of keeping this special moment private and refrain from propagating unfounded rumours.”

Nagarjuna Akkineni opened up on Chaitanya's wedding and told Zoom that it will be an intimate ceremony attended by close family and friends.

"But even by limiting the guest list, we expect quite a large attendance. It can’t be helped. There are so many people, family and friends, who are part of my family’s journey. We have a large family, so does Sobhita," said Nagarjuna.

It has been reported that Sobhita and Naga Chaitanya's wedding will feature eight-hour-long rituals, following traditional Telugu Brahmin customs.

For the wedding, Sobhita has picked a beautiful Kanjivaram silk saree with real gold zari.
