The CLAT 2025 exam day instructions have been made public by the Consortium of National Law Universities. The directions for appearing candidates are available on the Consortium of National Law Universities' official website, consortiumofnlus.ac.in, for those who plan to take the Common Law Admission Test.

According to the official timetable, CLAT 2025 will take place offline at about 131 CLAT exam locations across India on December 1, 2024.

English will be the medium of instruction for the offline CLAT 2025 exam. English language, current affairs (including general knowledge), legal thinking, logical reasoning, and quantitative techniques are the five categories into which the exam's 120 objective-style questions will be separated. The exam lasts for two hours in total. For every right response, candidates will receive one mark; for every wrong response, 0.25 marks will be subtracted.
