The Chennai Super Kings (CSK) have taken fan engagement to a new level through an exciting partnership with Etihad Airways. As the official sponsor of CSK, the airline has introduced a specially-themed CSK Airbus. The video of the stunning aircraft was shared by CSK on their social media, and fans are already in awe.
CSK's video of the Airbus A320 neo of Etihad Airways can be seen in Yellow and Blue attire, with a Chennai Super Kings crest attached to various parts of its gigantic body. The CSK flag can also be seen flying high as the post wrote a caption - 'Yellove takes flight. Including our newly themed livery'.

Etihad had chosen CSK for the sponsorship as the team has won the IPL championship five times since the tournament commenced in 2008, and the airline has won five World Best Airline awards.
Earlier this year, Etihad Airways announced a three-year partnership with CSK. The launch of the themed aircraft is part of this collaboration. The airline also confirmed that this plane will be dedicated to the team’s travel during IPL 2025 and future seasons. This move ensures smoother and more convenient travel for the players throughout the tournament.

CSK makes interesting purchase during IPL 2025 mega auction
Chennai Super Kings made some interesting buys in the IPL 2025 auction. CSK bought seven players on the first day of the IPL 2025 Mega Auction, with Ravichandran Ashwin and Noor Ahmad being their top buys. On Day 2, CSK's biggest buy came in the form of pacer Anshul Kamboj at Rs 3.40 crore Thay have also bought Sam Surran, Vijay Shankar, Deepak Hooda among others.
