“The corporate world has immense importance in today’s life. Discipline, confidence, and proper planning are the keys to success, and aspirants should always strive to achieve success through hard work,” opined Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Smart City Development Corporation Ltd media analyst Arpita Sharad.
She was speaking during a training session for youth titled ‘Corporate World – Skills for the Working World’ on Tuesday.
The session, organized jointly by the Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Municipal Corporation (CSMC), Smart City, and the Non-Government Organisation Light House, aimed to provide the youths with the skills needed to succeed in the corporate world.
Under the guidance of the CSMC administrator, a skill development centre is run at Cidco N-5, where various projects are organized to enhance the skills of young people and prepare them to face the challenges and opportunities in the corporate world. The training provided to the youths is completely free of cost.
Arpita Sharad, project manager Sneha Bakshi, Smart City project manager Sneha Nayar, and Nikhil Ghonmode guided the youths during the session.
The experts emphasized that ample opportunities are available in the corporate world today. With the right skills, youths can achieve success in both their professional and personal lives and secure their future through proper planning.
More than 60 youths took advantage of the training session. Puja Dede, Shrikant Salve, Abhishek Jorle, Om Gupta, and others contributed to the success of the event.
