Deputy Commissioner of Dimapur, Dr. Tinojongshi Chang, in his speech, emphasised the importance of bringing employees together to build stronger bonds across departments. He noted that the sports meet provides a platform for interaction and teamwork, which is often lacking in routine office schedules. Dr. Chang also announced a mass social work initiative scheduled for November 22, urging departments to actively participate in cleaning highways and public spaces. The sports meet will include various games, such as table tennis, football penalty shootouts, tug of war, badminton, and carom, for both men and women and will conclude on November 22 with a prize distribution ceremony.
