DIMAPUR — Describing drug abuse as a societal challenge, Governor of Nagaland, La. Ganesan has once again emphasised the need to “address the root causes” that steer the youth “down this destructive path.” A press release informed that the governor made this remark during the launch of the Brahma Kumaris’ Nasha Mukt Bharat Awareness Campaign at the Raj Bhavan in Kohima on Monday. “Drug abuse is not just a personal affliction; it is a societal challenge.
