Sri Vijaya Puram, Dec. 16: Due to prevailing adverse weather condition and strong winds the schedule departure time of the vessel MV Baratang for Shaheed Dweep at 0630 hrs has been postponed to 1000 hrs from Phoenix Bay Jetty.
