Sri Vijaya Puram, Nov. 22: It is with profound sorrow, the A&N Police Department announces the passing of one of its beloved Canine (K-9), Herman on 21/11/2024, due to age-related ailments. K-9 Herman, a courageous and dedicated Male Labrador, served the department and community with unwavering loyalty and bravery for 08 years. Owing to his advancing age and associated health issues, Herman was honorably retired from active duty on December 12, 2022, and spent his remaining days receiving care and comfort at the Police Dog Squad Unit.
