Dharamsala, July 26

Kangra Airport has been rated second in a customer satisfaction survey conducted by the Airports Authority of India (AAI) for January to June 2024. Rajamundry Airport topped the list, of 61 airports from across the country, which was realised on Wednesday. The other high-ranking airports were Leh (third) and Madurai (fourth).

The Kangra Airport had ranked 11th in the previous survey (from January to June 2023).

Airport Director Dhirendra Singh said the airport would continue to provide the best possible services to its passengers. He informed newsmen that the survey is conducted twice every year (from January to June and from June to December). Passengers rate the airport on several parameters, including parking facility, availability of baggage trolley, staff behaviour, cleanliness and flight information display screens, among others.
