The third edition of the India-Egypt joint special forces exercise, CYCLONE-III, is underway at Rajasthan’s Mahajan Field Firing Range until February 23. This 14-day drill focuses on enhancing interoperability, joint tactical drills, and counter-terrorism operations in desert terrain. With 25 personnel from each side, the exercise includes rigorous combat training, advanced special forces skills, and a 48-hour validation exercise. It also features a display of indigenous military equipment, fostering military cooperation and camaraderie.
