Venkatesh Iyer, who was in the race for KKR`s captaincy, has been named as Ajinkya Rahane`s deputy. Ajinkya Rahane replaced Shreyas Iyer as the captain of KKR. Iyer will now lead Punjab Kings (PBKS) in the IPL 2025
