Jason Kelce, elder brother of Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelce, who is dating singer Taylor Swift, said on Fitz & Whit podcast that his brother is a free spirit in the best possible way and has been growing up in the last few years, besides keeping up with his "youthful enthusiasm".
