Charles McAvoy will be out of the USA vs Canada 4 Nation Face-Off final on Thursday at Boston's TD Gardens. The defenceman was absent in the last match against Sweden. USA coach Mike Sullivan has said that there are contingency plans in place in case injured players are unable to participate in the final fixture.
