Blue Origin, the space company founded by Amazon magnate Jeff Bezos, is preparing to launch its inaugural orbital rocket, New Glenn, next week. This milestone is also expected to escalate the rivalry between Bezos, the world’s second-richest person, and Elon Musk- the world's richest man. The rocket is scheduled to blast off as soon as 6am London time on Wednesday, January 8.
