Former Congress MLA Ravindra Dhangekar announced his intent to leave the party and indicated he might join Eknath Shinde-led Shiv Sena. Dhangekar, who won the 2023 Kasba assembly bypoll, is set to meet Shinde to finalize his decision influenced by the development needs of his constituency.
