TMC leader Derek O'Brien claimed Rajya Sabha Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar spoke for nearly 30% of the Upper House's time. The opposition filed an impeachment motion against Dhankhar. They allege he speaks too much and is biased. Deputy Chairman Harivansh rejected the motion. The opposition plans to refile the motion in the next session.
